Specialty retail
A storefront that could carry a real catalogue
Checkout completion up 38% in the first quarter after launch.

The result
+38%
checkout completion
The situation
A Nordic home-goods retailer had outgrown a theme. Product pages were slow, variants confused the shopper, and mobile checkout kept losing people at payment.
What we did
We rebuilt the product list first, then the templates, then checkout. Search had to find a product by the name a regular customer actually types. The new storefront is quiet on purpose. The product does the talking.
After
Support tickets about "where is my size" fell. Average order value moved with better cross-sells on the product page, not with popups.
