The situation
An industrial supplier sold through relationships and a folder of PDFs. The public site was a brochure that could not capture a spec, a quantity, or the right sales owner.
What we did
We treated the site as a front desk. Product families got clear pages. The enquiry form asked for the three fields sales actually uses, then routed to the right person. Language in Estonian and English, because the buyers are mixed.
After
Sales stopped asking "who filled the form". Marketing could finally see which family of products the market was touching.
What we shipped
Bilingual marketing site
Routed enquiry system with CRM hook
Downloadable specs without the scavenger hunt
