The situation
A coastal inn lived on the platforms. The own site had photographs and a phone number. Guests who wanted a date had to leave and pay the commission.
What we did
We treated the site as the front desk after dark. Room pages named the view, the bed, and the price. Availability sat on the page. Checkout used the same local payments the inn already trusted.
After
Commission paid to platforms fell. Repeat guests started booking from the confirmation mail, not from a marketplace search.
