## The situation
A plant-hire yard ran dispatch on a whiteboard and WhatsApp. Drivers called in. The office lost the board when two people were out.

## What we did
We sat in the cabin for a week, then built the board they already drew: machine, driver, site, status. The customer gets a short SMS when the machine is on the way. No one posts a job without a person confirming the slot.

## What we shipped
- Dispatch board for machines and drivers
- Driver status on a phone
- Customer SMS when a machine leaves the yard

## After
The board is no longer a person. Exceptions still are, which is the point.

Client names stay private unless a client asks to be named.
