# Terms of service

These terms apply to digital services provided by Mikson Digital OÜ (registry code 17585884, VAT EE103023696), Rae tee 7, Rae küla, Rae vald, 75310 Harjumaa, Estonia (MKSN).

## 1. Services
MKSN provides websites, e-commerce, WordPress, applications, automation, and care, SEO and copy services. Scope, timeline and fee are agreed in a written proposal or contract. The website mksn.ee is informational. It is not an automatic purchase contract.

## 2. Fees and payment
Prices on this site are starting-from figures exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. The final fee is confirmed in the proposal. Invoices are payable by the date shown. Intellectual property in paid deliverables passes to the client after that phase is settled, except for third-party software, fonts, photography and platforms.

## 3. Client duties
The client provides timely content, access and decisions. Delay in those may move the timeline. The client confirms that supplied material does not infringe third-party rights.

## 4. Liability
MKSN performs the work with professional care. MKSN is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or outages of third-party platforms, except where law requires otherwise. Liability is limited to fees paid under the relevant contract in the prior 12 months, except for intent or gross negligence.

## 5. Law
Estonian law applies. Disputes are first negotiated, then heard in Harju County Court. Questions: info@mksn.ee.
