## What we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, company, need, budget range and message. If you write to us, we process what is in the mail in order to reply. The site may run Google Analytics 4 once a measurement ID is set. Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits.

## Why
Legitimate interest and pre-contract steps: answering a brief, writing a proposal, delivering the work, and understanding the site. We do not sell personal data.

## Retention
Briefs are kept for up to 24 months if they do not become a client relationship. Client contract data is kept for the bookkeeping periods required by law. Analytics retention follows the GA4 setting.

## Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object, and complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Write to info@mksn.ee.
