## How does a job with you work?

You describe what you need built and your primary bottleneck. We reply within one business day with a fixed price range and timeline. We design and build in transparent stages so you test working software, not static slide decks. Launch includes full code handover and a 30-day warranty. Ongoing care is optional.

## How fast do you reply?

Within one working day, usually within a few hours. If your project is outside our focus or we lack capacity, we tell you immediately instead of leaving you waiting for a week.

## Do the starting prices include VAT?

No. All prices on this site exclude VAT. Mikson Digital OÜ is VAT registered in Estonia (EE103023696). Standard VAT is added to invoices where applicable under tax law.

## We are a small company. Is that a problem?

No. What matters is commercial intent and budget, not headcount. Most of our clients have teams of 5 to 50 people. If your current stage only requires a lean WordPress site or a small automation flow, we recommend that instead of selling you an expensive custom platform you do not need.

## Can you only design, or only write, without building?

Only if you have an experienced developer ready to build immediately. We can handle strategy, UX design, and direct sales copy, then hand over production assets. But if you lack dedicated engineering resources, splitting design and development usually creates delays and costs more than hiring one accountable builder.

## Can you write copy or do search work on a site we already have?

Yes. Our Care, SEO, and Copy retainer is available for existing websites, starting from €350 per month. We audit the site first: if your current foundation is too slow or structurally broken to convert traffic, we tell you directly rather than charging you to polish a page that cannot convert.

## Who hosts the site?

You do, under an infrastructure account in your company name. We configure the server, point DNS, and hand over administrative keys. We never lock client hosting to our studio. If you already have a stable hosting provider, we deploy directly to your existing setup. If needed, we can also provide a hosting solution for you.

## How do we pay? Is there a deposit?

Projects start with a 50% upfront deposit to lock the production schedule. The remaining balance is billed upon final approval before public launch, or milestone by milestone on larger application builds. Invoices are issued in euros. We do not begin work without a deposit.

## Can we combine two services?

Yes. Most serious projects require overlap: an e-commerce store needs sales-driven marketing pages, an application requires a public marketing front, and lead forms need backend automation. We scope combined projects into a single unified plan with bundled pricing rather than stacking separate service fees.

## Do you do logos and brand work?

We refine existing logos for digital screens and define typography, color palettes, and interface rules so your site looks cohesive. We are not a branding agency for product packaging or naming. If you need complete identity development from scratch, we will tell you upfront.

## How many rounds of changes are included?

Each development milestone includes one structured review cycle. You provide itemized feedback, we implement the adjustments, lock the stage, and proceed. Endless revisions without deadlines stall launches. Additional scope or changes requested after a stage is locked are quoted and approved before any extra work begins.

## What happens after launch?

You receive full admin rights, hosting accounts, and concise handover documentation. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty. If you want ongoing technical maintenance, new landing pages, and search optimization, you can move to our monthly Care retainer. If not, you own the asset outright with zero recurring fees.

## Can you take over an existing WordPress or shop?

Yes. We begin with a code and plugin audit to isolate security vulnerabilities, database bloat, and broken scripts. If a disciplined cleanup resolves the issue, we do that. If the underlying code is beyond repair and costing you sales, we will recommend a clean rebuild and quote a fixed price before touching production.

## Can you move us off Wix, Squarespace, or a page builder?

Yes. Proprietary site builders lock you in and restrict page speed. We audit your traffic, migrate high-performing pages, prune dead content, and rebuild on custom code or lean WordPress. We execute 301 redirect maps so you do not lose existing Google search rankings during the transition.

## What if the job grows past the starting price?

Starting prices cover a standard, focused build for that service category. Requirements like multilingual architecture, complex third-party ERP integrations, or custom user authentication will increase the quote. Every detail is locked in a binding proposal before work starts. If you request extra features mid-build, we pause, provide a fixed quote, and wait for your written sign-off before proceeding.

## Do you connect forms to our CRM?

Yes. If your sales team operates in Pipedrive, HubSpot, or a modern CRM with API access, we wire inquiry forms directly into your sales pipelines using automated webhooks. Inquiries should land instantly where sales reps work, not sit forgotten in a shared email inbox.

## Do you build native iPhone or Android apps?

Yes. We engineer fast web applications, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and mobile apps that can run in desktop, mobile browsers and native apps. If your business model strictly requires native hardware access or mobile app store distribution, we will tell you directly.

## Do you run Google or Meta ads?

No. We engineer the conversion asset: the landing page, the sales pitch, and the attribution tracking. Media buying is a distinct discipline. If your landing page is slow, confusing, or unpersuasive, pouring ad spend into it simply burns cash faster. Fix the sales conversion first, then hire a specialized media buyer.

## Do you work outside Estonia?

Yes. Our studio is based in Estonia, and our development workflow is fully remote. We run strategy sessions, milestone reviews, and project handoffs in English or Estonian across European time zones.

## Can the site be in multiple languages?

Yes. We write direct sales copy and build multilingual setups in multiple languages. We test layouts using realistic character lengths on physical mobile devices, ensuring long compound words never break typography or mobile navigation bars.

## Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. We can deliver UI/UX architecture and conversion copy for your internal engineering team to deploy, or build specific application modules alongside them. Clear boundaries are mandatory from day one: we define exact responsibilities in the proposal and supply clean documentation so any engineer can step in.

## Will you sign an NDA before the first call?

For an initial discovery discussion, a standard NDA is rarely necessary. If your project involves proprietary intellectual property or sensitive business logic, email your agreement to info@mksn.ee before the call. We respect confidentiality and never publish client case studies or names without explicit written consent.

## What do you need in the first message?

Four points: what you need built, the commercial problem it must solve, your approximate budget range, and your target launch date. A link to your current website and one competitor doing things right is far more valuable than a hundred mood-board images.

## Do you offer monthly care?

Yes. Our Care, SEO, and Copy plan starts from €350 per month on a straightforward month-to-month agreement. Custom software and automation pipelines can also transition to guaranteed monthly engineering support once deployed into production.

## Who owns the code and the design files?

You do. Once an invoice for a completed milestone is settled, all intellectual property, source code, and design assets for that deliverable belong 100% to your company. Third-party licenses (hosting providers, APIs, platforms) remain under their standard terms. We never hold client code hostage.

## How do you handle GDPR and cookies?

We engineer sites with compliant cookie consent banners, clear privacy documentation, and secure lead forms that only capture strictly necessary business information.
